It's about 9 PM here. I was about to get off the computer but clicked on the IE icon just to see how things look in Internet Explorer. The caption tool may be used by people who are not developers, majority of whom will be on IE and not Firefox. In Firefox, the hover mouseout is very smooth. The quivering captions under IE broke my heart.
I think I had tested everything except the hover effect for IE. It has to be fixed but I don't want to do it right now. Tired. Sleepy. My eyes are hurting. So if you were wondering about the problem, I am now aware of it. A little late but aware.
Maybe I can convince you to download Firefox ?
